Flex & Flow Plan
Dynamic Upper Body Workout Plan
Flex & Flow is a dynamic upper-body workout plan designed to sculpt strong arms, build a powerful back, and improve posture — all while keeping you fluid and flexible and feminine. This program blends strength training with intentional movement to help you feel strong, move with confidence, and carry yourself with grace. Whether you’re lifting, pulling, or stretching, every session is about building muscle and unlocking flow.
Gallienne focuses on rotating between different upper body muscle groups like delts, lats, chest, biceps, and more over a four week period so that she can achieve balanced, feminine development. The goal is to build muscle and form while avoiding plateaus as well as injuries. Benefits of rotating muscle groups help confuse the muscles which increase growth while also helping with muscle recovery.
